Off The Rack Weddings: January Edition

Hello little owls! The Limited has just added some new styled to their weddings and events line that I wanted to share with you all. Lots of great colors for spring weddings, and although I wished there was more diversity with color options, the styles are still really great for the price, which is extremely affordable. And I'm increasingly more impressed with their bridal gowns! Take a look, and happy shopping!

Off The Rack Bridesmaids Dresses: December Edition!

I've been seeing some really cute dresses around lately that would make lovely bridesmaids dresses at really affordable prices.



Shop Ruche Gardenia Grace Dress. This dress is sold out on the website, but I love how easy this would be to recreate. Purchase a grey strapless dress, sew up some flowers, and lay across the shoulder. Of course, this is a bit of a pain (but with a great payoff!), so below are some dresses right off the rack.

Introducing The Limited's Wedding Collection

Last week on June 3 (I know, I'm a bit behind! Bad blogger!), The Limited debuted their wedding collection. I have to say that, honestly, I was a bit disappointed at first, but only because the collection was so, well ... limited (pun seriously not intended). But it's been growing on me over the past few days, and I hope that the line expands into full collection someday because the prices are amazing compared to J. Crew and other off-the-rack retailers. Bridal Fashion Shoot Featuring: The Limited

A very talented photographer in Chicago, Cristina of Cristina G Photography (who's also no stranger to The Owl), was an inspiring fashion designer turned photographer. While Cristina loves all things wedding-related, bridal fashion holds a special place in her heart, and this dress from The Limited was her recent motivation:

The Limited is set to debut a Wedding Collection in June 2010 (woo hoo!). The birdcage veil featured in this shoot is handmade by Maura Ahern of Pishposhes.
