Real Vintage Wedding: Mary and Opie

Happy Friday, everyone! I'm very excited to share this beautiful, yet totally rockin' wedding, photographed by Jenna Cole Photography.

Jenna was kind enough to share a little bit about Mary and Opie's big day, so sit back, grab a diet coke and enjoy the lovliness you're about to take in.

On her big day, Mary pulled off the fingerwaves with elegance and wore a beautiful sheath dress, which she found at a consignment shop (score!). It's absolutely perfect for her.

Check out the red Mary Janes! Jenna informed me that everything in this college was DIY'ed by Mary, including her gorgeous wheat bouquet.

According to Jenna, Mary, Opie and the wedding party only had about five or 10 minutes in front of the camera for portraits before dashing off to the ceremony. You can't tell from looking at the photos, though!

Why, DIY bouts, of course!

One of my favorite parts of this wedding (besides the incredible style, of course), are the burgers at the reception! Can I tell you much I love seeing a good comfort food meal at a wedding reception? Yum!

Instead of a traditional wedding cake, Mary and Opie had pies for all their guests. For favors, they gave out homemade truffles.

All photos by the amazingly talented Jenna Cole at Jenna Cole Photography.

Congratulations to Mary and Opie! Your wedding is absolutely marvelous, and your personality really shined in every.single.photo. And thank you to Jenna Cole for sharing this with us today!

What's on the docket for tomorrow? A stunning engagement session by one of my favorite photographers. You don't want to miss it!
