For brides on a budget (and who isn't?), finding a wedding gown that falls within a certain dollar amount can be a daunting task, even with the thousands of options that exist. Bridesmaid fashion has evolved over the years, and the dresses your lovely ladies have to choose from include many options that can easily translate to bridal fashion, at a fraction of the cost. Most designers have a white, ivory or cream swatch that dresses can be ordered in, and for under $400, your dream bridal look could end up saving you money. While I adore couture gowns, this is actually the route I went. And if you saw pictures from
Mr. Owl's guest post, you'll probably be able to spot my own wedding dress in the collections I put together below. All of these featured dresses come in a shade of white (even though they may not be pictured as such), are all under $400, most within the $200-$300 range, and almost all of them are a designer brand.
